This website is operated by Care Compass Pte. Ltd. (UEN [UEN]), a Singapore company (“Care Compass”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Service description

Care Compass is an independent patient-guidance initiative, not a healthcare provider. We help international patients arrange care at top-tier (3A) hospitals in selected first-tier and inland cities in China. We do not perform medical procedures, provide medical advice, or guarantee treatment outcomes. We do not receive commissions from hospitals and do not handle treatment payments. Travel bookings are made by you directly with providers; we may receive referral commissions from travel partners, disclosed on this site.

3. Medical disclaimer

All content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Nothing on this website creates a doctor-patient relationship. You should speak with a licensed physician in your home country before traveling for any medical procedure. All medical decisions must be made between you and your treating physician.

4. Information accuracy

We work to keep the information on this website accurate. However:

• Cost figures are indicative, from published sources and our hospital contacts, and may change — the hospital gives your final quote
• Hospital availability, pricing, and services may change
• Visa policies are subject to change without notice
• We recommend verifying all information directly with the relevant authorities

5. Patient responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the treatment you are seeking
• Speak with a licensed physician before traveling
• Obtain travel and medical-evacuation insurance for your trip (treatment costs themselves are self-pay and are not billed to insurers)
• Comply with all applicable laws and visa requirements

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that:

• Hospitals and doctors are independent of us. Diagnosis, treatment and their results are the responsibility of the hospital and your treating doctors, and we are not liable for them
• We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties, such as hospitals, airlines, hotels and travel providers, or for delays, cancellations or disruptions they cause
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service concerned

7. Visa and travel guidance

Visa and travel information on this website is general and for informational purposes only. We do not provide visa services. Visa policies change frequently. You are responsible for:

• Verifying current visa requirements with the official sources (Chinese embassies and visa centres)
• Obtaining proper visas before travel
• Meeting all entry requirements and restrictions

8. Intellectual property

The text, design and logo of this website belong to Care Compass Pte. Ltd. Some photographs, videos and press materials belong to their owners and are shown with attribution; their owners’ rights apply. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

9. Your inquiries

What you send us stays yours. We use it only to respond to you and — with your explicit consent — to share the details needed with the hospital matched to your case, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never publish your messages or use them for marketing without your separate written permission.

11. Paid engagements

Any paid engagement is governed by the written fee agreement provided to you before payment. This website does not process payments and quotes no fees.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
